Private Chef Group Curaçao was born from the vision of Chef André Rooi — a talented chef, entrepreneur, and passionate ambassador of Curaçao's culinary culture.
After building his experience as a private chef and creating memorable dining experiences for guests, Chef André realized there was an opportunity to create something bigger: a group where talented chefs could come together, share their passion, and bring the flavors and spirit of Curaçao directly to guests from around the world.
And that is how Private Chef Group Curaçao was created.

Chef André Rooi is not only the founder and visionary behind Private Chef Group Curaçao. He is also the owner and chef behind Van Rooi Seafood, a seafood restaurant in Curaçao.
His passion for fresh seafood, Caribbean flavors, hospitality and entrepreneurship has shaped the philosophy behind Private Chef Group.
From the waters of Curaçao to the tables of visitors from around the world, his vision is to share the island through flavor, hospitality and authentic human connection.

The vision of Private Chef Group Curaçao goes far beyond private dining. We want to build a culinary brand that represents Curaçao, creativity, quality and hospitality.
Looking ahead, Private Chef Group Curaçao plans to develop its own line of culinary products that guests and local customers can enjoy at home and purchase through supermarkets and other retail locations. These products are part of our future vision — they are not available yet.
